You have 15 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange. Like Cinderella’s carriage at midnight, returns magically transform after this period!

Refund Processing Time: 5-7 business days after we receive your return
Refund Method: Funds will be returned to your original payment method:

Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

Prefer a different size or spookier costume? We offer exchanges for:
- Different sizes of the same costume
- Different color variations
- Alternative products of equal value
Exchange processing time: 7-10 business days after we receive your return
⚠️ Items That Cannot Be Returned ⚠️
To ensure the safety and quality of our spooky products, we cannot accept returns for:
- Opened makeup and face paint (for hygiene reasons)
- Used accessories that show signs of wear
- Custom or personalized items from our “Shop By Theme” section
- Final sale items (clearly marked during purchase)
- Damaged items due to customer mishandling
Damaged or Defective Items
Received a cursed item? Contact us immediately at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos of the damage, and we’ll send a replacement faster than a vampire fleeing sunlight!
International Returns
For our global ghostly community (serving everywhere except Asia and select remote areas):
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
- Please indicate “RETURNED GOODS” on customs forms
- Original shipping fees and customs duties are non-refundable
